We can come up with a training plan that fits your body and goals in 3 gym meetings. The initial plan is always the base, and we adjust it over time according to individual development.
During the meeting, we will also talk about progression and the view of the future.

Training is carried out at a time agreed with the client. (In Tallinn - at HC GYM Sikupilli or Sparta sports club. In Finland at Gym Söderkulla).

After placing the order, please write directly to the trainer at janateder@gmail.com with the dates and times (2-3 options) when it would be convenient for you to come to training.
