Coaching/consulting is a partnership that supports personal development. It is a neutral person with the help of himself and his questions debriefing and understanding. It's about getting clarity and often deciding, setting goals and making plans. I help to get through crises and I am a support in difficult moments of life (breakup, internal conflicts, "everything is broken", etc.). It is also suitable for a person who simply wants to learn more about healthy lifestyles, the principles of exercise and nutrition, or fitness-related topics. I will be happy to share my knowledge and help you get clarity and aim for it.
Nutrition and training/exercise counseling (including online counseling and personal training) support the achievement of both athletic and well-being goals. Conscious nutrition ("the right things, in the right amount, at the right time") helps to keep health strong, feeling good, working capacity and energy level high. You will get knowledge on how to help yourself in the best possible way. During the meeting, you will realize that there are many confusing myths circulating in the media. You'll learn that sustainable healthy eating isn't rocket science.
During training/exercise counseling, however, I will teach you the right exercise technique for you and teach you to better feel your muscles - I will tell you what, what and why!
We restore the body's ability and "body freedom" by combining gym training with physiotherapy training!
Nutrition and workout plans give specific instructions on what and how to do to start moving towards your goals. A correct diet plan supports the lifestyle, and a correct exercise plan is the basis for changing the body.
We will analyze your diet and introduce changes that are really essential. In the case of changing body composition - weight loss or weight gain, it is good if we review your diet diary after a certain period of time - then we can make corrections if necessary. In the same way, the training plan should be reviewed from time to time and changes resulting from the goal should be introduced.
NB! I do not sell "one-size-fits-all" products! I do the training plans only with counseling/after counseling! We can come up with a training plan that fits your body and goals in 3 gym meetings. The initial plan is always the base, and we adjust it over time according to individual development.

Standard cooperation lasts at least 6 months and requires your commitment - including regular, weekly 1:1 meeting/counselling!
(different topics arising from the goal - self-management, relationships, self-development, training strategy, diet correction, etc.)
